Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.  All returns or exchanges must be returned with its original receipt.  Please complete the “Product Returns” SECTION on our website to obtain an RA # (Return Authorization #) to return your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Any item without its original packaging, used or opened may not be returned for a refund or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, except those in error of Beautify U.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all return orders, except those in error of Beautify U.  This fee will be deducted from your refund.  We also do not refund the original shipping and handling charge, if any was paid with the order.

EXCHANGES

You will not be subject to a restocking fee if you exchange your item for a different item, but you will still have to pay return shipping. You will be responsible for the cost difference of the item if applicable.

Discrepancy

Any discrepancies relating to your order, such as damaged or missing item must be reported within 2 days of delivery or acceptance of delivery.

Sale/Clearance Items

All sale and clearance items are final purchases and may not be returned for a refund or exchange.

Cancellation

Any order cancellations prior to shipping will be charged a 6% Processing Fee.  This fee will cover the Merchants processing fee of 3% for the purchase charge and a 3% fee charged by the Merchant to Beautify U for the refund.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the item is inspected.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.  Your refund will be dependent on your credit card issuer’s policy.
